Range: Western Atlantic Ocean: Florida, Caribbean, and the Bahamas.

Natural Environment: Inhabits deep reef slopes and encrusts hard substrates and occurs in red and/or purple colors

Aquarium Suitability: Not collected for the home aquarium trade.

Best left in the wild.
