Species Name: Galaxaura fastigiata

Authority: Decaisne 1842

Range: Central and Western Pacific Ocean, Gulf of California

Natural Environment: Found in deep tidepools or at deeper depths

Aquarium Suitability: This somewhat calcified alga is rarely available in the trade, and when available has been said to be difficult to maintain. Those having more information on its care please contact me.
