These shrimp, in the Superfamily Palaemonoidea, Family Palaemonidae, feed on the legs of starfish/seastars brittle stars, urchins and sea cucumbers, but have been known to feed on other type meaty foods in aquaria.
Extremely attractive, but rarely seen in the trade.
