Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: East Africa to Marshall Islands, north to Southern Japan, and south to New Guinea, and possibly Tonga.
Size: 3 inches (6 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabits rocky lagoon areas and patch reefs and usually found at depths between 6 – 50 feet (2 – 15 m) where it feeds on crustaceans/zooplankton during evening hours.
General Husbandry: Has an elongated transparent whitish body. As of 2016, not collected for the trade.
