Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and south to the Solomon Islands, and Australia.

Size: 50 inches (125 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits inshore reefs and is usually found in depths between 3 to 65 feet (1 – 20 m) where it feeds on smaller fishes and crustaceans.

General Husbandry: Usually has a tannish body with numerous small blue spots. Not collected for the trade.
