Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Banda Sea, Indonesia.

Size: 2 inches (6 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits steep outer reef slopes and found at depths between 75 to 130 feet (20 – 40 m), where it feeds on zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Has a reddish body with horizontal orange bands long the back and two dark areas on the caudal peduncle. Not purposely collected for the trade due to its very limited collection areas and its collection depths.
