Range: Indo-Pacific Ocean and East Coast of Australia

Natural Environment: Outer reef areas and bays, usually on shaded sites under ledges

General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 74 to 83°F (23 - 28°C). Moderate water movement and moderate light. More mound-shaped than S. australis. Very hardy and easy to maintain coral.
