Natural Environment: Wide ranging reef environments

General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 74 to 83°F (23 - 28°C). Found in brown or green branching forms. Its slender, generally common shaped tentacles contain light-colored tips. It does not have sweeper tentacles, yet do have copious amounts of long tentacles, which can do damage to any neighbor that it touches. Prefer medium light intensity, will do well under either indirect metal halide or fluorescent, gentle to medium water circulation, and will not tolerate hair algae.
