Range: Indo-Pacific Ocean/Africa's East Coast

Natural Environment: Inhabits upper reef slopes

General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 72 to 81°F (22 - 27°C). Family has only one species, and is rarely seen in the trade, however, when available makes a good aquarium species. Its a photosynthetic species, and requires fairly good lighting and gentle water movement. Basically white with short polyps remaining open.
