Common Name: Limp Coral
Species Name: Chironephthya sp.
Range: Indo-Pacific Ocean
Natural Environment: Inhabit deep-water ledges, slopes, and walls of caves
General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 68 to 85°F (20 - 29°C). Does not contain zooxanthellae, and rarely seen in the trade. Large amounts of 'green water' or baby brine shrimp supplied twice a day may sustain this animal, however, even experienced aquarists will have great difficulty keeping this species. Probably best left in the wild.
