Range: Atlantic Ocean: From Canada to Florida

Natural Environment: Inhabits sandy bottom areas

General Husbandry: Has a wide temperature range, 50 to 75°F (10 - 24°C) and should have one to two meaty feedings per week. This is cold/cool water species and not well suited to anything but a special environment for its own needs.
