Common Name: Plumed / Rock Shrimp

Species Name: Leander plumosus (Wolleback, 1912)

Range: Indo-Pacific Ocean

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow reef areas near sponges and under overhangs

General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 73 to 83°F (23 - 28°C). A small, 1.5 inch (3.5 cm), slow-moving cryptic shrimp. Not collected for the aquarium trade and shown here for identification only.
