Range: East Coast of the United States from Maryland south to Brazil.
Size: Up to 16 inches (40 cm)
Natural Environment: Inner and outer reef areas
General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 75 - 82°F (24 - 28°C) and feeds upon algae covered rock and coral branches/mounds. Requires numerous feedings per day with a varied diet containing some meaty foodstuffs and a lot of vegetable matter. Safe to keep with soft corals, but not stony corals
