Range: Indo-West Pacific: Red Sea, Bay of Bengal, Western Australia, Gulf of Thailand, Philippines, East China Sea
Size: Up to 5 in (12.5 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabit sandy and rubble areas on protected reefs
General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 72 - 83°F (22 - 28°C) and is thought to feed upon benthic invertebrates, however, little else is known about this species, as its 'very rarely' seen in the trade.
