Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Philippines to the western and northern coasts of Australia
Size: Up to 7 inches (17 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabit protected lagoons and fringing reefs
General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 72 - 82°F (22 - 28°C). Requires a meaty diet of live shrimp, small fishes, or an enriched diet of defrosted marine flesh. Requires only one or two feedings per week. Rarely seen in the trade.
