Range: Western Atlantic Ocean: southern Florida, Gulf of Mexico, Bahamas, and the Caribbean
Size: Up to 2 inches (5 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabit inshore and offshore reefs at depths between 3 to 90 feet (1 - 30 m)
General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 72 - 79ºF (22 - 26ºC). Feeds on algae and benthic invertebrate. Requires a meaty diet with some algae with two or three feedings per day.
