Range: Eastern Pacific Ocean central coastline
Size: up to 7 inches (17 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabits coral reefs
General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 70 - 82°F (21 - 28°C) and natural diet consists mainly of coral polyps and benthic invertebrates. Requires a meaty diet with at least two or three feedings per day, however, it's considered by many as a poor choice for aquariums as its difficult to maintain long-term.
