Range: Western Pacific Ocean: Taiwan to Solomon Islands
Size: up to 4 inches (10 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabits coastal coral reefs
General Husbandry: Prefer a temperature range of 77 - 83°F (25 - 28°C). Require a diet high in vegetable matter. May consume cyanobacteria/slime algae, and filamentous algae. May nip coral polyps and clam mantles. Not often seen in the trade.
