Range: Atlantic Ocean: Caribbean
Size: up to 4 inches (10 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabit areas near and in caves where they swim with their belly towards the roof of the cave. Deeper water species and occur at depths between 60 to 180 feet (20 - 60 m)
General Husbandry: Prefer a temperature range of 72 - 79ºF (22 - 26ºC). Natural diet consists mainly of zooplankton. Feed meaty/freeze-dried foodstuffs two or three time's daily. Territorial and aggressive. May eat small shrimps. Should have numerous caves and hiding places.
