Natural Environment: Inhabit reef faces and slopes/drop-off areas.

General Husbandry: Prefer a water temperature of 72 - 80°F (22 - 27°C). Not normally found in the aquarium trade, shown here for identification purpose only. Yet, if available is fairly hardy and should be kept in small groups consisting of one male and eight or more females. Require exceptional water quality, good water movement and numerous feedings per day. Diet consists mainly of meaty foodstuffs, e.g., mysis shrimp, enriched brine shrimp, and enriched fresh fish and shrimp flesh.
