Size: up to 1.5 inches (3 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabit inner reef faces and slopes/drop-off areas
General Husbandry: Prefer a water temperature of 72 - 80°F (22 - 27°C). Rarely seen in the trade, and I have yet to see one in captivity. Diet consists mainly of meaty foodstuffs, e.g., mysis shrimp, enriched brine shrimp, and enriched fresh fish and shrimp flesh. A secretive species and requires dim lighting and many hiding places.
