Range: Indo-Pacific Ocean: Philippines, New Guinea, and Indonesia
Size: up to 7 inches (17 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabit fairly shallow waters of 10 to 70 feet (3 - 20 m) and inhabit areas rich in coral growth both in lagoons and coastal reef areas
General Husbandry: Prefer a temperature of 77 - 82°F (25 28°C). Natural diet consists mainly of sponges and tunicates. Need numerous feeding per day. Yet, is somewhat a challenge to maintain and should have both algae and crustaceans in its diet.
