Common Name: Three-banded Anemonefish
Species Name: Amphiprion tricinctus (Schultz & Welander, 1953)
Range: Limited to Marshall Islands.
Size: Up to 5 inches (12 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabit lagoon and outer reef areas
General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 77 - 82°F (25 - 27ºC), and accepts a wide variety of foodstuffs, e.g. mysis shrimp, fortified brine shrimp, various meaty diced fish and shrimp flesh, and Spirulina flake. Should be fed a few times per day. Host anemones in the aquarium appear to be: Entacmaea quadricolor, Heteractis aurora, H. crispa, and Stichodactyla mertensii.
