Jim is among the many photo contributors to this website and we also have known each other for many years. He is currently residing and teaching in Japan. Jim has been keeping aquariums for over 25 years and reef aquariums for over ten years and has worked as a diver and collector of marine livestock for a wholesaler and also managed a large retail aquarium store. He has also had his own aquarium installation and maintenance business. Besides contributing many articles to various magazine publications, he has written several excellent books and enjoys diving, fishing, photography, traveling, and keeping aquariums.
