Note to Viewers: While on a speaking trip to the New York's 'Brooklyn Aquarium Society' in the early nineties, Paul picked me up at the hotel one evening and we went to his home to view his reef aquarium. It was nice to chat with someone who had been in the aquarium hobby for almost as long as I was and see a thriving system that was in existence for over ten years. A system with some quite novel items, such as coralline covered asphalt rock! We have occasionally corresponded with each other over the past 15 years to discuss various situations and I'm pleased to present below Paul's first ventures into writing articles.
