Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Japan to western Australia and the Solomon Islands.

Size: 4 inches (10 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits rocky and coral rich areas in shallow protected lagoons and usually found at depths between 25 - 85 feet (8 – 25 m) where it feeds upon benthic invertebrates.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
