Range: Central Pacific Ocean: Marquesas and Line Islands.

Size: 3 inches (6 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits rocky and coral rich areas in shallow protected lagoons and usually found at depths between 3 - 85 feet (1 – 25 m) where it feeds upon benthic invertebrates.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
