Range: Western Pacific: Southern Japan to Queensland Australia.

Size: 4 inches (11 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits silty, sandy and rubble lagoon bottoms and usually found at depths between 30 to 130 feet (10 - 40 m) where it feeds mainly at benthic invertebrate and small fishes.

General Husbandry: Not normally collected for the trade.

FYI: Shown here for identification only, yet should it become available in the trade, aquarium husbandry is similar to P. schauinslandii.
