Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Size: 3 inches (8 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow rock and coral reefs and found near remote coral heads, soft corals, and tube anemones

General Husbandry: Has a silvery body with several horizontal dark lines. As of 2016, not yet purposely collected for the trade.

    Subfamily: Apogoninae

    Genus: Apogon/Ostorhinchus
