Range: Western Indian Ocean: Southern Oman.

Size: 5 inches (14 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits rocky bottom areas in protected coastal bays and usually found at depths between 3 – 30 feet (1 – 10 m) where it feeds during evening hours on small fishes and crustaceans/zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Has a whitish grey body with its scales edged in dark brown. As of 2016, not yet collected for the trade.
