Range: Mediterranean and Black Sea.

Size: 3 inches (8 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits intertidal zones and usually found between depths of 6 – 40 feet (2 – 12 m) where it mainly feeds upon benthic invertebrates.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
