Range: Eastern Atlantic Ocean: France to Morocco and the Mediterranean Sea.

Size: 8 inches (20 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits algae covered rocks and usually found between depths of 3 – 6 feet (1 – 2 m) where it mainly feeds upon algae and detritus.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
