Range: Eastern Central Atlantic Ocean: Cape Verde.

Size: 3 inches (6 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow intertidal areas and usually found between depths of 6 – 65 feet (2 – 20 m) where it mainly feeds upon algae and detritus.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
