Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: New Britain, Philippines.

Size: 3 inches (7 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits burrows in sandy and rubble areas on sloping inshore reefs and usually found at depths between 65 –150 feet (20 – 45 m) where it feeds on benthic invertebrates and zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Not normally collected for the trade.
