Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: New Britain, Papua New Guinea.

Size: 2 inches (5 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits sandy and rubble areas in protected lagoons and usually found at depths between 10 –85 feet (3 – 25 m) where it feeds on benthic invertebrates and zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Not normally collected for the trade.
