Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Sri Lanka to Vanuatu; and Southern Japan to Australia.

Size: 24 inches (60 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits coral reef edge areas where it forms groups at midwater levels and feeds on zooplankton.
