Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: New Guinea to the Solomon Islands.

Size: 2 inches (3 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow coastal coral reefs containing sponges and tunicates and usually found at depths between 6 – 30 feet (2 – 10 m) where it feeds mostly on algae.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
