Common Name: Stripped Star

Range: Western Pacific Ocean

Natural Environment: Inhabits lagoons and outer reefs on all kinds of substrates

General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 75 to 83°F (24 - 28°C). They are about 3 - 4 inches (7.5 - 10 cm) across and consume small invertebrate, algae, and detritus. Occasional feedings of shrimp pellets or fish/shrimp flesh is recommended. Also know as a possible consumer of the small Fiji stars A. anomala.
