Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Red Sea, South Africa to Southern Japan, south to Papua New Guinea and Australia.
Size: 20 inches (50 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabits caves and crevices in rocky coastal areas and usually seen at depths between 3 to 150 feet (1 - 45 m).
Aquarium Suitability: Not collected for the home aquarium trade.
