Range: Central Pacific Ocean: Endemic to the Hawaiian Islands.

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow protected reefs and lagoons and generally seen at depths between 6 to 65 feet (2 - 20 m).

General Husbandry: Not collected the trade.
