Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Widespread.

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow reefs where there is strong wave action and usually seen at depths between 6 to 20 feet (2 - 6 m).

General Husbandry: See Favia danae for suggested aquarium husbandry, except WM 2 -3 is recommended.

FYI: In the wild, the colonies are spherical or columnar, sometimes 10 feet across (3 m) with corallites evenly distributed, and usually seen as brown or green.
