Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Widespread, yet uncommon in the wild.

Natural Environment: Inhabits upper reef slopes and lagoons and usually seen at depths between 6 to 65 feet (2 - 20 m).

FYI: In the wild, the colonies are generally flat and their conical corallites have their own walls and are seen in wide range of colors usually with contrasting corallite walls and oral discs.
