Range: Central Pacific Ocean: Endemic to Hawaiian Islands.

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow exposed and protected reef slopes and usually seen at depths between 3 to 30 feet (1 - 10 m).

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
