Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Indonesia, Bali, and Australia.

Natural Environment: Inhabits lagoons and found at a wide range of depths, from 3 to 100 feet (1 - 30 m).

FYI: In the wild, forms long tapered branches and usually blue or brown.

Cultured specimens exist in the trade that exhibit bright colors, therefore ask under what PAR conditions it was grown in, so you may continue to see it maintain its health/colors!
