Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Duran, South Africa, southeast to India to Philippines, and north to Hong Kong, and south to northwestern Australia.

Size: 5 inches (14 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits weedy reef flats and rocky shore lines and usually found at depths between 10 – 30 feet (3 – 10 m) where it feeds mainly on small benthic invertebrates.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
