Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Philippines, Taiwan and Southern Japan, and south to northwest Australia.

Size: 7 inches (18 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow lagoon rocky areas and usually found at depths between 15 – 85 feet (5 – 25 m) where it feeds mainly on small benthic invertebrates.

General Husbandry: Not normally collected for the trade.
