Range: Western Pacific Ocean: Japan - Izu Islands.

Size: 3 inches (7 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow coastal slopes and usually found at depths between 65 – 130 feet (20– 40 m) where it feeds on zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
