Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: South China Sea to Vanuatu and northern Australia.

Size: 11 inches (28 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits sheltered coastal reefs and usually found at depths between 6 - 85 feet (2 - 25 m) where it feeds upon small fishes and benthic invertebrates.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
