Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Southern Japan to Australia.

Size: 12 inches (30 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits inner reef areas rich in stony coral growth and usually found at depths between 3 – 65 feet (1 – 20 m) where it feeds mainly on algae.

General Husbandry: Has an overall greenish body, with a dark blotch mid body. Not collected for the trade.
