Range: Western Indian Ocean: Red Sea.

Size: 8 inches (20 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits lagoons and rocky reef with seaweeds and usually found at depths between 3 – 100 feet (1 – 30 m) where it feeds on various forms of algae.

General Husbandry: Has an overall pale greyish brown body with numerous small spots. Not collected for the trade.
